Thank you for your offer, but I think with Andreas Otto as our CVS
mentor we figured that out already.
The point is that most people don't know how to use CVS (see the
typo3-english list!) and many of them don't want to be bothered learning
that either. That's why I'm in favour of special "patch packages" which
can be downloaded via TER and be installed in an easy way.
I recently made a suggestion [1] which I have to admit might be
confusing at the first glance, but I'd like to discuss that idea anyway
- after I had some nice coffee (see thread).
