I can follow both of you but the deceptive nature of this is that when
you get involved in an issue (say, converting all single-quotes to
double-quotes) then it tends to become the most important thing in the
world and you can't imagine publishing anything till this single detail
is perfected.
One week later you have forgotten all about it.
If you ask me right now I'm willing to publish 3.6.0 final within three
days (based on the fact that it is stable and I'm already using it in
production all over the place and have done that for months), but I know
that if I take a look at my todo list 200 lines of small "emotionally
very important" issues meets my eye...
