Probably good enough for normal use. But my pet issue utf.8/i18n isn't 
really finished. Though Kasper has a different view on this.

2 month is a bit short, but I agree.

To bring together the code and the marketing I vote for a 3.6 in the 
immediate future.

The next version will be 3.7 or 4.0 depending on the progress of DBAL. A 
working DBAL is of marketing value. And by then the i18n and issues wil 
have been resolved hopefully. Also polishing of new features like xhtml 
will have been done. So a major version is justified.

Right now it doesn't "feel" like a 4.0 for me.
