Lets look at something.

But let me just settle one thing: Contrary to other CVS repositories
where things might be splitted into atoms and not work etc. I want TYPO3
to continue on the line which is currently is where we have a (pretty)
stable copy in CVS which developers can trust to some degree.

You are right. It was not intended. Honestly, I thought RC1 was a
Release Candidate! Something you just can't hold things back and the
situation is slight akward.
