[Typo3-dev] Need dev work

I remember seeing someone before asking for dev help, I think. So I went 
to the newsgroup rules page to make sure it was OK. Nothing said not to 
ask. So if this is not permitted please let me know the best way to ask 
for help.

I have a development project I am in need of help with. I have created a 
requirements document to outline the specifics. This will be paid help, 
but as always the scope is limited, yet the want is fantastic and the 
time is short.

I would like any feed back any of you could offer.
