[Typo3-dev] name length of backend users

Hi,

i have the problem that the current restriction of 20 chars for an 
username is to short for a special site. the restrictions is made
at the schema of the table be_users (username varchar(20)).

it isn't really a problem for me to alter this table but could there
be any sideeffects in function calls later?
