[Typo3-dev] dbal extension

Can't find it. There's tx_dbal but this requires the extension key 
"dbal" to be installed.

I've greped the typo3 CVS source for "dbal" with no luck?

Exactly where is it?? - is it actually in the project or has it not been 
"added" into the CVS project (i always do that one)
