[Typo3-dev] Using the 'RTE Link'-window in own plugin

Hello,

When adding new page content, you may add a link to your header by
clicking the world-icon next to 'link' and choosing a page in the
appearing window (titled 'RTE Link')
I would like to use this pop-up window (typo3/browse_links.php) for my
plugin so the user can choose links by klicking on the content-element
of his choice.

I've been trying for hours to modify the link from the frame-source (see
below), but I'm getting nowhere.

Can anybody tell me how to do that? Or is there any plugin that may help
me to implement that?
