[Typo3-dev] Template question? Bug? RC 3.6

Hello

I have the problem that some values, which were updated in an Extension
Template didn't take effect.

Example

on the rootsite I set:
 plugin.somepoint = somevalue

In an extension Template under the rootsite I write:
plugin.somepoint = othervalue

But the problem is that still the value which is defined in the root
Template takes effect.

I think I checked all possible settings in the Template.
I have tried it in the same way in Typo 3.5 there is not the "problem".
I use 3.6RC2, maybe the include order of the Templaterecords changed?
