Hi Lukas,

I think you should just let TYPO3 generate the link, although it may
look just like 'index.php?id=123', it should be generated as a RealURL
in the new version.
In case you really want to generate the URL by yourself: look for
IDtoURL() in the RealURL-code. (Version 1.x only!!)
