Idea:
Supply a list of Typo3 versions that work with this extension... (or the
other way round).
A dev gets a small DropDown Box in the EM and selects "ok, my Ext works with
3.5, 3.6RC1 and 2" and saves the thing.
After that we could select what Typo3 Version is currently installed and on
TER we only display extensions for this system.
This might clean up things a bit since there are more and more extensions on
the way.
