[Typo3-dev] RTE API question

Not published.

The RTE has always been working with NEW records.

They are always dependent on the page they are on since Page TSconfig
can be used to configure them. This has not changed of course.

Also the new API is NOT for annything but backend. Frontend editing
still have to find their own solutions.

The API can be backwards engineered if you look at the "rte" extension
in CVS.
