[Typo3-dev] Bug in creating new images from page-media-field

Hi @all,
generally Typo3 is creating new images (under uploads/pics/) if you put an
image in the media-field of a content element.
In my opinion it should work in the same way if you put an image in the
media field of a page element, but it doesn't.
Typo3 tries to create it, but does not do it.
Example:
I am using an image (eg. hl_uk.gif) defined in the page-media-field in my
navigation. No Problem. You can define it with the following code:
NO {
beforeImg.import = fileadmin/images/flags/
beforeImg.import.field = media
beforeImg.import.listNum = 0
beforeImgTagParams = class="navimg"
If I use the same image in another page-media-field Typo creates the data
hl_uk_01.gif but the images is not created (not in the uploads/pics/, too).
You have to create it by your own and put it via ftp on the server!
Ciao
