[Typo3-dev] be_groups and be_users challenge

Hi all,

Finaly have some time to look further into typo3. For hosting reasons we
want to do the folowing with be_users and be_groups;

- the opertunity to put them in systemfolders and not only on the root
level;
- the combination of isadmin and lock to domain.

Ofcoars i have found the setting rootLevel and adminOnly in
$TCA["be_groups"]["ctrl"] but that does not help.
Has someone allready had some experience with this?
