[Typo3-dev] About page types

Hi all,

I just had a problem with a page of Type 'external URL' which should not be
part of the menu. Currently, this is seems to be impossible without using
Typoscript.

My question is: Why is 'not in menu' an own page type? I think this could be
a normal property to _any_ page type.

Does this make sense? If yes, then I would like to make this a feature
request.
