All we need is Java and OO, NO MS application. So this will run on any 
OS with GUI where OO is available. Macros, VBA etc will NOT be converted 
as this is not supported yet although there are rumors that this might 
be possible in the commercial version.

We would develop a servlet(J2EE) where you can select "format from", 
"format to", source url, target file name ...
As OO 1.1 supports PDF export this will be a nice tool.

Including testing and documentation we calculate with an amount of 500€.
