[Typo3-dev] dummy module + sub modules

hi list,

i've been hackin' round for about three days now, to figure out how to
add a new top-module with sub-modules..., but no chance. it would be
very helpful, if someone could send me some dummy code for the following
top and submodules:

top-module (under web): dv - cms
sub-modules (under dvcms): dv - news
			   dv - tour
so
dv - cms
| 
--> dv -news
| 
--> dv - tour
