[Typo3-dev] Problems with XHTML and height:100%

Don't know if I understood your question right, though the below comes into 
my mind:

<style type="text/css">
         html, body  { height: 100%; margin: 0px; }
</style>

background: height is no valid attribute for tables anymore in XHTML
