[Typo3-dev] No file copy in uploads (ss)dir

Hello everybody,

Do anybody know how to do that : when we choose to attach a file with the
element browser (image for ex) in a content for ex., 
- this file is NOT copied into /upload dir
- the links in the FE points to the original location (e.g.
fileadmin/user_or_group_specific_dir/user_named_dir)
- the file is still indexed

What I want to do is to reduce the number of files, and make that all uloads
file are human organised in some tree, and let the registered backend users
manage directly their personal files and trees to share..., even if there
is some risk that another delete it;
