[Typo3-dev] Trouble with files being invisible in folders created by an action

Hi

I've posted this a couple of days ago, but got no answer:

It seems like the directories named by users uid gets wrong permissions
assigned.

The directory which can be uploaded to (one I've created):
drwxr-xr-x

And the directory which makes the files invisible in the fileadmin (one
which gets automatically created by an action and named by a users uid):
d-wxr----t

Now, I've tried to post to .english and .install.debian, and now it's .dev
turn :)
The problem is the permissions of the directory with the uid created
automatically by an action which creates a BE user and the belonging
folder...

Could someone pinpoint the code, which creates that folder? I haven't been
able to find it.
Or even better, tell me a solution to the problem :)
