AW: [Typo3-dev] CODE field in Plugin missing

If you want to use the CODE field  anyway, you have to take out the
entry "select_key" out of the tca subtypes_excludelist list. It is
included there by default.

This line can be found at the ext_tables.php in your extension
directory.
