[Typo3-dev] CODE field in Plugin missing

hi all
whenever I create a plugin with the kickstarter I get the following 3 
fields in the backend:
Plugin: (Dropdown)
Startingpoint: (Insert pages)
Recursive: (dropdown)

these 3 items seem to be default.

as a 4th input field I need the CODE field (like in tt_board, tt_guest). 
how do I get this field?
where is it defined - in the ext_tables.php?
