Looks like the class loader. You can try to enter the install tool and 
use the "Clear cache" button there.

The install tool is alway a good starting point for such issues!


Maybe some extension requires EXT:fluid but it is not installed. A 
solution would be to manually inspect the typo3conf/PackageStates.php file.
