You have a broken PHP Version: 5.5.6

This is a know issue: http://forge.typo3.org/issues/53682

We fixed this with a work-around.
Please replace your folder typo3 with the one from the current dev snapshot:
https://git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.CMS.git/snapshot/TYPO3_6-1.tar.gz

Or you can upgrade or downgrade your PHP Version which will also fix this 
issue.
