[TYPO3-debian] Quick guide: Installing "LAMP Testsite" under Debian.

Hi Stig,

long time no words from me. But I'm still interested in making TYPO3 on
Debian easier than it is today.

Hmmm. Why would you want to install some handbaken rpm packages if your
Debian system covers _all_ components and additionally provides security
support for them? Don't you care about this? I really don't see why this
should be needed, even more why it should be published in a documentation.
