The answer is easy to find, as you asked on a DEBIAN list ;-)

I think all those four are good choices for TYPO3.
In most cases, performance and stability is not a question of 
distribution, but system configuration and tuning.

Debian is IMHO very stable and provides long time support. The package 
management is very easy. Even if Debian does not deliver "on the edge" 
software, you can find inofficial "latest"-backports in the web.
