[TYPO3-debian] rtehtmlarea plugin error please help me

Hi Guys,

I am running typo3 3.8.1 in debian sarge with rtehtmlarea 1.4.1 and when i 
try to open the link window i an getting the following error.

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 
'/var/www/typo3site/typo3/class.browse_links.php' 
(include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in 
/var/www/typo3site/typo3conf/ext/rtehtmlarea/mod3/class.tx_rtehtmlarea_browse_links.php 
on line 41

Can some one help me how to fix this error.If i want to install the 
rtehtmlarea lower versions (<1.4.1) wher i can download this plug in i can't 
see in pluins area.

Whih version of rtehtml version will work corretly in typo3 version 3.8.1.

Please help me how to fix this error.
