[TYPO3-debian] index.php doesn't exist

Yes, appx. 8 GB free space.
What is symbolic links? (The index.php file icon is with a lock symbol)
Owner is root. In Properties it says that "this file is a link and have no
rights" (my translation from Danish - sorry)...
