[TYPO3-debian] Kein Update/Download via Extension Manager möglich

did you find the httpd.ini file though? it could well be a difference when 
calling through apache.  I'm out of ideas appart from that though really.  I 
would suggest running it on a standard debian server.. get rid of micky 
completely if possible.

I can use curl in command-line option. The error seems to be in the
Typo3-usage of curl on my system.....
