[Typo3-debian] typo3 3.8.0 installation

Hello all,
I want to do a typo3 3.8.0 installation on a debian 3.1. There is a 
discription how to do ainstallation via apt. But the site 
http://typo3.org/download/installers/ is false there is 3.8 written but you 
can get there only 3.5!
How is the correct way to to setup 3.8 on debian with apache2?
I would do it with the sources but I cant find a useful documentation for 
debian.


Can someone help?
