[Typo3-debian] downgrade imagemagick 6.0.6 to 4.2.9

please have a look at Michael Stucki`s great repository:

You`ll find there "ready-2-rock" versions of either ImageMagick 4.2.9 and
even GraphicsMagick 1.1.6!

Just wget one of them (your choice). Unpack the archive you chose to good
place (e.g. /usr/local/bin/imagemagick/). Check and set proper access
rights with "chmod" and "chown". Let your TYPO3-Installation(s) know about
the new binaries by setting up the corresponding paths to them from within
the TYPO3-"Install Tool".

And you`ll be ready within minutes!
