[Typo3-debian] PHP mimetypes screwed up after update of php

Unfortunately not, the line above is outcommented, the modules is
included in modules.conf.

If I use lynx, which apparently defaults to displaying the content as
html, it is shown correct, so the php module is loaded correct. At
first I thought that was the problem.
