[Typo3-debian] rich text editor under linux

Hello all,

Im wondering that I dont have the rich text editor under Mozilla/kubuntu.
I have only access to it via IE. That can not be the truth that I have all 
feature accessible over M$.
My desktop distribution is kubuntu And I have Firefox and mozilla installed.
Both browsers dont show me the RT-editor.

Can someone tell me if there is a way to have all in the backend under mozilla 
under Linux?
