[Typo3-debian] Please test: native GraphicsMagick support

Hi folks,

I'm currently fighting for making the GraphicsMagick support in TYPO3 3.8.0
happen :-)

However, what I need is your feedback.

It works fine for me, but I can't test it on other setups such as:
- GM on Windows
- IM on Windows
- IM mixed with IM/LZW

etc.

Please have a look at the patch, patch your 3.8.0 setup and give me your
