Yeah, but actually I think the bug is that nomatter how you compile it on
woody it will always show the same API version 3.23.49 (mysql builtin) even
though you use a newer version of PHP than 4.1.2 which is woody default.
I believe it's a bug during compilation of PHP, inserting the wrong API
version value.
But it's working so no sweat! :)

ARGH! M$ gives me the creeps! I don't use M$ products at all, lucky me!
