[Typo3-debian] Only 3 -7 kb/s bandwith - what happened?

Hi Arco,
the bandwith differs from protocol to protocol - but any is too slow. For 
example I get about 50 Kb/s per FTP or SSH. Or the connection is starting 
fast and breaks after a while.
I didn't changed anything important except a regular apt-get upgrade

I still hope that only the switch screwed up... otherwise I have a few 
great days ahead.... ;(
