[Typo3-debian] Dependencies of typo3-site-installer

Hi.

I just noticed, that the typo3-site-installer 3.5.0-7 depends on
typo3-base and I think it should not.
If someone wants to use other sources instead of the debian source
package, it's impossible to use the typo3-site-installer without
breaking dependencies or, ... install the typo3-base package.
But site-installer is a needful tool to quickly build a new dummy site
with a lot of debian specific $TYPO3_CONF_VARS - it saves time and nerves.

I vote for changing typo3-site-installer and get typo3-base out of the
dependencies and make it a suggestion.

Well, if someone then puts the sources elsewhere than /var/lib/ it would
be nice if site-installer had an option to enter an alternative
typo3_src path:

me at home:#typo3-site-installer [OPTION]... -d, --destination=<dir>
Where [OPTION] could be:
-s, --source-path=<path>
Provides an alternative path to your TYPO3 sources. Relative and
absolute path are allowed here. If not used, the default is
/var/lib/typo3/latest

What do you think?
