[Typo3-debian] Access denied after Installation

I have looked for it once more time Idon´t no why, but now my error file just show me 
this:

No problem with SymLink are shown. But there is still the problem that the index.php 
could not be found (I know she is still there). So, I think this could be a PHP Problem. I 
think i will install it again. What do you think about this way?
