[Typo3-debian] ImageMagick install problem

Are you using woody?
Testing that on woody, neither I could find any dependencies between IM 
and debconf, nor did debconf conflict with defoma|dialog:

Check your system for any others packages conflicts. debconf conflicts 
with older versions of dialog, but this is not relevant on woody.
