[Typo3-debian] GD and ImageMagick Packages for Debian and the "LZW" problem

For the moment, this is the easiest way for you:

1) Install imagemagick from Debian through apt-get (we won't need it, it's
just for conforming with the requirements).

2) Install typo3-imagemagick from http://typo3.sunsite.dk/software/linux/
and install it in /usr/local/typo3-imagemagick/ for example.

3) Enter the install tool and adjust the new path & settings for IM 4.2.9

The files can be read, that's no problem I think.
