[Typo3-debian] Debian manual ready for comments/improvements and proofreading

First I want to say a big thank you to Lars for this huge and great work!
I will help Debian to become the main TYPO3 platform (wishful thinking ;-)).

However, I'm badly impressed by the lack of feedback for that document.
Where are your comments, guys?

If anybody of you has some useful input for Lars, please write it down here
or send it to him directly.

I look forward to the release of such a document, packaged with new 3.6.1
packages and a new typo3-site-installer... A complete TYPO3-on-Debian
system! :-)
