Sorry, I forgot to patch this!

You'll have to modify the file t3lib/class.t3lib_stdgraphic.php on line 412:

Inside the function "imagecopyresized", comment out everything but the line
at the bottom which calls the native PHP function.

Kasper thought this never works with GD2 but it actually does - far more, it
_only_ works this way.

I have sent a mail to Kasper since I'd like to override this in
localconf.php.
