safe_mode	On	On

Safe mode is enabled. Please disable it, at least for a test, in your
php.ini at /usr/local/psa/apache/conf/php.ini .


And please try Christian Jul Jensen`s hint, if you want to continue running
safe mode. However i am not sure, whether all typo3 extensions run fine with
it. So maybe once you wish to install such an extension, you`ll have trouble
again. Still security should go first and i understand your decission for
safe mode.
