[Typo3-debian] GIF packages on Debian Woody

I am not sure whether the new packages conflict with typo3-env or not but I
plan to work on this on the next weekend.

Anyway, it shouldn't be a big problem to use the packages even without the
help of typo3-env:

(please do NOT add this to the Wiki cause it will become obsolete very
shortly.....)

Woody:

apt-get -u install apache php4-gd2 mysql-server php4-mysql

Further, install either IM 4.2.9, IM 5.4.4.5 or GM 1.1.2 (see manual).

Sarge:
======

apt-get -u install apache2 php4-gd mysql-server php4-mysql
OR
apt-get -u install apache php4-gd mysql-server php4-mysql

Feel free to choose between IM 4.2.9 or GM 1.1.2 (see manual).
