[Typo3-debian] typo3 "3.6RC2" on debian sarge

I am new to typo3. Have typo3 "3.5" running fine, working 
through tutorials. Installed typo3 "3.6RC2" in a new 
directory in order to work through the tutorial on 
templaVoila. install went fine. Now admin user timeout 
premature, only 5 minutes. This is true with any 
dirivative of mozilla, navigator, firebird, firefox. No 
problem with IE. typo3 "3.5" on same server has no 
problems with same browsers on same workstation.
