[Typo3-debian] where to get the mysql files?

First of all: For Debian installation questions please use the
appropriate ressources. Thanks!

Your problem: There isn't any package called mysql. Trying your
apt-get command will tell you exactly this:
	kruitzer:/tmp# apt-get source mysql
	Reading Package Lists... Done
	Building Dependency Tree... Done
	E: Unable to find a source package for mysql

You don't have to compile MySQL yourself.
