[Typo3-debian] apt-get install typo3-env - php4-gd2 problem?

Do you use some special Package source? How does your /etc/apt/sources.list 
look?

Try installing the package explicitely from the stable branch:
apt-get install php4-gd2/stable

It should be absolutely no problem with Woody versions...
