I think you mixed some different releases when testing the other version.

Remove Imagemagick and install it again. Now you are sure it's really the
package that comes from Debian.

This is a) confusing and b) unneccessary.
Besides that, it looks ugly.

Just take something different than Outlook and the problem should be solved.
