[TYPO3-UG CH] National TYPO3 Usergroup Meeting

Hi all

This is just a pre-announcement for the upcoming National TYPO3
Usergroup Meeting (aka "mini-conference") that we were talking about a
few weeks/months ago:

A small team consisting of Daniela Roth and me joined for a
brainstorming/kick-off session. And there is some progress! The event
will take place at the end of January in Olten.
