[Typo3-UG CH] Probleme bei der Installation

Ich hatte dieses Problem bei einer Installation auf Windows. Musste
glaube ich im Code war anpassen. Schau mal online im Archiv der Typo3
Windows Liste nach. Sollte was dazu haben.
